2. Scope of Services
We provide professional maintenance, improvement, and repair services, including (but not limited to):

Garden maintenance and care

Grounds maintenance and clearance

Hedge cutting, pruning, and shaping

Property maintenance and general repairs

Interior and exterior maintenance works

Ongoing maintenance and one-off work
Excluded Services
We do not undertake any works that require certification, qualification, or registration under UK law, including but not limited to:

Electrical works of any kind, including electrical fittings, wiring, switches, sockets, circuits, or alterations to fixed electrical systems

Plumbing works requiring certification or connection to fixed water, waste, or heating systems
-
Gas works of any kind

Structural or load-bearing works, or any works requiring building control approval
Installation of Electrical Items (Non-Electrical Work)
We may install or position plug-in, self-contained, and non-certifiable electrical items, provided that no electrical fittings, wiring, or fixed systems are touched or altered. This may include:

Fitting or replacing decorative light shades

Hanging, mounting, or positioning plug-in light fixtures or appliances
-
Installing accessories that operate via a standard plug socket
No work will be carried out on fixed electrical fittings or electrical infrastructure.

We reserve the right to refuse or amend any work that is deemed unsafe, non-compliant, or outside the scope of our services.
4. Materials & Equipment

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, clients are responsible for supplying all materials.

We do not guarantee the performance, durability, or suitability of client-supplied materials.

Any delays caused by unavailable, unsuitable, or faulty materials may be chargeable.
5. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, invoice payment, and approved in-person payment methods.

Late payments may be subject to reminders or suspension of future services.
3. Quotations & Pricing

Pricing is based on time worked, typically charged at quarter-day, half-day, or full-day rates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Any estimates provided are indicative only and may change if the scope of work changes.

Additional work requested on site must be agreed upon before proceeding and may incur additional charges.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may be chargeable if time has been reserved or costs incurred.

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Access & Site Conditions

Clients must provide safe, clear access to the work area.

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

We are not responsible for pre-existing defects or hidden issues unless caused directly by our work.
8. Liability

We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, except where prohibited by law.
9. Photographs & Marketing
With client consent, we may take photographs of completed work for records, portfolio use, or marketing purposes. Personal or identifying details will not be shared without permission.
10. Complaints
Any concerns should be raised as soon as possible so we can attempt to resolve them promptly and fairly.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
